Inat Kuća
The "House of Spite" — moved brick by brick across the river by an owner who refused to make way for the City Hall.
About
When the Austro-Hungarian authorities wanted the land for the City Hall, Benderija refused to sell until they agreed to move his house to the other bank. Today it is a traditional Bosnian restaurant serving dolma, begova čorba and Bosnian pot (bosanski lonac).
Local tip
Try the begova čorba (bey's soup) and finish with tufahija.
