Terms of use

Using the guide

The free content is yours to read, share and print for personal use. Please link back rather than copying whole pages.

We check every listing, but opening hours and prices change. Confirm before you travel, especially on public holidays.

Premium itineraries

Buying a premium route gives your account permanent access to it, including future updates. If a route is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days for a full refund.

Concierge

Packages cover our team’s time and coordination. Third-party costs such as restaurant bills, tickets or hotels are paid separately unless a quote says otherwise. Quotes are valid for 7 days.

Cancel more than 72 hours before arrival and we refund the package in full. After that, we refund whatever we have not yet arranged.

Donations

Donations keep the free parts of the site free. They are not tax-deductible and are non-refundable, except in case of an obvious mistake.
